Instructions

1.

Pull Sleeve firmly up. The bar should be positioned directly behind the bony tip of the elbow.

2. 

Tighten the lower forearm strap.

3.

Gently tighten the upper arm strap.

Very gentle tension.

4.

Push fingers to the tip of the gloves.

5.

Fold fingers in towards the top of the palm. The velcro on the fingertips must stick to the velcro on the top of the palm.

6.

Reach over your arm and grab the strap. Keep the knuckles covered with the strap material.

7.

Connect the buckle to the top at the back of the upper arm. (You may need someone to help you with this step). Adjust the tension on the strap for a GENTLE prolonged stretch for 30 minutes a day.
