TENNIS ELBOW TREATMENT - HOW TO PUT ON THE ARMLOCK

Pull Sleeve firmly up. The bar should be positioned directly behind the bony tip of the elbow. |

Tighten the lower forearm strap. |
3.

Gently tighten the upper arm strap.
Very gentle tension. |
4.

Push fingers to the tip of the gloves. |
5.
|
Fold fingers in towards the top of the palm. The velcro on the fingertips must stick to the velcro on the top of the palm. |
6.
|
Reach over your arm and grab the strap. Keep the knuckles covered with the strap material. |
7.
|
Connect the buckle to the top at the back of the upper arm. (You may need someone to help you with this step). Adjust the tension on the strap for a GENTLE prolonged stretch for 30 minutes a day. |
